We specialize in every type of  estate sales from just a typical house full of items to hoarder homes . Unlike other estate sale companies we have no upfront fees, additionally we value you as a client and work hard to make your sale a success. We do fewer sales per month so we can focus on researching YOUR items and making the most profit for you. We are there from beginning to end.  We have been in business over 20 years.  We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. A full service estate sale company!

Hannah’s Attic can come in and price your entire house of furniture and items including antiques, collectibles and everyday items and sell these for you in your home. We price items at fair market value (FMV) what items actually sell for. We do it all from senior downsizing sales and estate sales to one day sales.

At Hannah’s Attic we take a tremendous amount of pride in our work. We have a passion for what we do and because we pay such attention to detail and research your items we do only a few sales per month. It is quality over quantity. We need to focus on YOU our client. We want you to be pleased in the end as we know this is a difficult process moving from a lifetime home into something smaller and having to let go of your treasured items.

What is the difference between an estate sale and downsizing sale? It is the same!! Most people moving from a lifetime home into an apartment or something smaller will have more than they think they do.

Hannah’s Attic has been doing estate sales full time since 2003. On average we do 48 sales per year.

We service Mercer Island, Bellevue, Seattle and the greater King County area.

An Estate Sale is a house FULL of items, collections, furniture, clothing, cupboards full of everything from food to antique board games. Anything is fair game to sell at an estate sale with the exception of alcohol.  The more items you have the more money you make.

Before you decide you are ready to have a sale for yourself or a loved one please be sure to NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY OR DONATE ANYTHING! The only items you should get rid of are personal papers, documents, checks, ids, birth certificates. Should we find any of those things (and we do) we will set them aside for you. We want to make your move stress free. We will go the extra mile for you.

Often people are surprised at what is valuable so remember before you call an estate sale company make sure nothing is tossed. This includes paper, postcards, matchbooks, clothing, old magazines and more! Let us turn your treasures and “junk” into cash!

Marketing – We extensively market the sale using the internet such as estatesales.net  a nation-wide estate sale listing website that has thousands of subscribers, in addition we use social media including facebook and Instagram.  We also have a book of collectors/dealers/people that pay $$ that we call to bring the highest dollar value to your sale. We also advertise your estate sale at our other sales prior to your scheduled date and we provide professional directional sale signage for walk-ins. We totally strive to make your sale another success story!

Hannah’s Attic does not provide in house Clean Out Service – this is referred out to a company that we work with.

After the sale, we work with a company that can provide you a quote on the clean out of your home and garage, they are separate and apart from Hannah’s Attic.  This is separate from the estate or downsizing sale and is quoted to you after by the firm we work with.  They can also provide just a clean out. As part of the house clean out they can itemize on donation receipts upon request so you may get a full tax write off.
