We specialize in every type of  estate sales from just a typical house full of items to hoarder homes . Unlike other estate sale companies we have no upfront fees and no minimum. We will work hard for you. We do it all!!! We are there from beginning to end.  A full service estate sale company!

Hannah’s Attic can come in and price your entire house of furniture and items including antiques, collectibles and everyday items and sell these for you in your home. We price items at fair market price. We can conduct the sale in your home or take some of the items to another sale.  We do it all from senior downsizing sales and estate sales to one day sales.

 

Before you decide you are ready to have a sale for yourself or a loved one please be sure to NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY!! The only items you should get rid of are personal papers, documents, checks, ids, birth certificates.

We can also sell some of your items on ebay if that would generate more income than an estate sale might. The choice is yours. Often people are surprised at what is valuable so remember before you call an estate sale company make sure nothing is tossed. Let us turn your treasures and junk into cash!

You may just be spring cleaning or an empty nester but have a garage full of items. We can come in and have a one day sale for you in your home.  It is similar to an estate sale but held in a smaller area.

Hannah’s Attic can come and appraise your antiques and collectibles and provide pictures and documents for your insurance company or for your peace of mind.

Marketing - We extensively market the sale using the internet such as estatesales.net  a nation-wide estate sale listing website that has thousands of subscribers, in addition we use craigslist and facebook.  We also have a book of dealers  & collectors that we call to bring the highest dollar value to your sale. We also advertise your estate sale at our other sales prior to your scheduled date and we provide professional directional sale signage for walk-ins. We totally strive to make your sale another success story!

After the sale, we can provide complete house and garage clean out.  This is separate and apart from the estate or downsizing sale and is done by bid.  As part of the house clean out we will itemize on donation receipts so you may get a full tax write off.  The house will then be ready to put on the market.
