Hannah’s Attic can come and appraise your antiques and collectibles and entire home. Whether this is for a death, probate, divorce, estate inventory, insurance or peace of mind. We can appraise for FMV (Fair Market Value) which means what these items would sell for in today’s market or appraise for insurance or inheritance value or both. Whether you are looking for an evaluation of a single item or an entire household we are here to assist you.
Complete Estate Liquidations & Senior Downsizing – ESTATE SALE:
Hannah’s Attic can come in and price your entire house of furniture and items including antiques, collectibles and everyday items and sell these for you in your home. We price items at fair market value (FMV) what items actually sell for. We do it all from senior downsizing sales and estate sales to one day sales.
What is the difference between an estate sale and downsizing sale? It is the same!! Most people moving from a lifetime home into an apartment or something smaller will have more than they think they do.
Hannah’s Attic has been doing estate sales full time since 2003. On average we do 48 sales per year.

An Estate Sale is a house FULL of items, collections, furniture, cupboards full of everything from food to antique board games. Anything is fair game to sell at an estate sale with the exception of alcohol.  The more items you have the more money you make.
Before you decide you are ready to have a sale for yourself or a loved one please be sure to NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY OR DONATE ANYTHING! The only items you should get rid of are personal papers, documents, checks, ids, birth certificates. Should we find any of those things (and we do) we will set them aside for you. We want to make your move stress free. We will go the extra mile for you.

Marketing – We extensively market the sale using the internet such as estatesales.net  a nation-wide estate sale listing website that has thousands of subscribers, in addition we use social media including facebook and Instagram.  We also have a book of collectors/dealers/people that pay $$ that we call to bring the highest dollar value to your sale. We also advertise your estate sale at our other sales prior to your scheduled date and we provide professional directional sale signage for walk-ins. We totally strive to make your sale another success story!

Complete House Clean-outs
After the sale, we can provide complete house and garage clean out.  This is separate and apart from the estate or downsizing sale and is quoted to you after.  We can also provide just a clean out. As part of the house clean out we will itemize on donation receipts so you may get a full tax write off.
